**We are looking for a Partner Services Coordinator in Venice/Milan/Florence/Rome with a 6 months contract.** **Key Job Responsibilities and Duties**: - Day-to-day proactive communication with partners in your region by internal messaging, by telephone, to assist with the development of our business
- Identify opportunities for partners by using our internal tool of priority setting
- First point of contact for local accommodation partners, answering questions and queries, taking action as needed
- Liaison person for properties to contact when they have questions by phone and the Account Managers are unavailable
- Verify that the website has accurate information on properties and pictures of newly registered accommodations
- Support Customer Service, assisting in additional tasks and projects when needed **Qualifications & Skills**: - Limited Job Knowledge (0-1 year)
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English;
- Excellent telephone communication skills;
- Experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus;




- Sense of responsibility and can work with autonomy;
- Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality;
- Business focused;
- Positive attitude;
