Working across a global innovation environment, Program Managers support the successful execution of internal and external multidisciplinary programs while helping teams maintain visibility, structure, and operational rigor. They contribute to both program activities and the systems, processes, and information that enable effective delivery. As a junior Program Manager, you will help coordinate key initiatives while supporting the operational heartbeat of the Innovation Team. You will work across planning, reporting, knowledge management, business tracking, and performance analysis activities, helping identify trends, surface opportunities, improve workflows, and ensure leaders have the information needed to make timely and informed decisions. Collect, organize, and maintain internal and external projects, operational and business data to ensure visibility across activities, priorities and outcomes. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers and documentation that support effective decision-making and program governance and internal studio operations. Apply an AI-first approach to daily activities, using AI tools to improve productivity, insight generation, reporting quality and operational efficiency. Support the planning, tracking and execution of multidisciplinary innovation programs and internal strategic initiatives Assist in the preparation and follow-up of project reviews, team ceremonies,



and milestone checkpoints helping maintain alignment, accountability and momentum across initiatives Support resource planning and monitoring, internal contracting and operational forecasting activities by maintaining accurate information on team capacity, allocation and workload Manage supplier, procurement, contracting and data processing coordinating with legal teams to support governance, compliance and delivery readiness Gather, analyse and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information to generate actionable insights for team leadership and stakeholders, supporting in this way the preparation of business reviews, presentations and internal communications Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, reporting, knowledge management practices and ways of working through standardization, AI-led optimization Contribute to the development and evolutions of tools, templates and operational practices that enable effective delivery 1-3 years of professional experience in project management, business operations in a consultancy, agency or in a related industry An analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret and synthesize information from multiple sources Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Experience in using reporting and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) to transform data into clear actionable insights An AI-first mindset, with the ability to embed AI at the core of daily work to improve planning, reporting, analysis, knowledge management and workflow optimisation Confidence working with data, reports, trackers and dashboards to support decision-making and operational visibility Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and build productive working relationships across different functions Affinity with frog's values, and a passion for creating products that meet people's functional and emotional needs. Business level ability in English and Italian It would be a premio if you had: A university degree in a relevant business, technology, or social science discipline Experience in working within design teams integrating design and development setups with a good understanding of Agile,



SCRUM, and Waterfall methodologies Academic or professional international experience, with exposure to multicultural environments and the ability to collaborate effectively across different geographies, cultures, and ways of working Exposure to resource planning, forecasting, KPIs tracking or operational governance activities Experience in working in consulting, innovation, design, technology or other project-based environments Every additional language is a plus! Milan, Italy (with flexibility for hybrid work and client travel) Type of contract: Permanent employment contract Job Classification: Metalworking Industry National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico) – from Level B1 Gross Annual Salary (RAL): from €30,000 to €39,000 The salary range indicated has been defined in compliance with European and national legislation on pay transparency. The minimum value of the range corresponds to the minimum salary treatment established by the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the level and position indicated above and does not necessarily represent the starting salary. The compensation offered at the conclusion of the selection process will be determined based on the candidate's skills, professional experience, level of seniority, and the specific characteristics of the selected profile, in line with the company's compensation and job classification system, and in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
