- After a comprehensive onboarding phase at our headquarters in Ochsenhausen, where you will gain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and sales strategies, you will take over responsibility for strengthening our market presence across Italy and building new customer relationships. **Your tasks**: - Actively acquire new customers and projects, and develop strategies for market expansion.




- Handle inquiries and quotations, and independently conduct contract negotiations.
- Plan targeted sales activities for defined target industries.
- Conduct market analyses and derive actions aligned with our business strategies.
- Collaborate closely and trustfully with all departments of the company. **Your profile**: - You have successfully completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.
- You bring several years of experience in the packaging industry - preferably in films and within the Italian market - providing you with solid sales expertise.
- You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and a professional demeanor.
- High resilience, willingness to travel, and flexibility are essential to meet the demands of our projects and customers.
