About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair within the F&B; Department, the Host/Hostess is responsible for the smooth running of the food & beverage outlets. As Host/Hostess, you will responsible for the following duties:
Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement. To ensure that relevant grooming standards are adhered to, reflecting a professional image for our guests. To attend pre-service briefings for daily updates. To maintain cleanliness, presentation, and stock of the restaurant menus. As Host/Hostess, we expect from you:
To be working on a rotating shift basis, Mondays to Sundays, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon, and late shifts (including weekends and bank holidays),
