**Responsibilities**: - Troubleshooting technical issues on rail vehicles using available diagnostic data
- Preparing detailed reports of completed work
- Diagnosing systems and subsystems on rail vehicles
- Analyzing technical documentation to support repair activities
- Coordinating the replacement of damaged components during repairs and service interventions
- Conducting fault analysis using diagnostic tools and data
- Identifying the root cause of reported issues
- Handling warranty claims and customer complaints
- Managing spare parts inventory **Requirements**:
Minimum: secondary technical education
Knowledge of English at least B2 level
Knowledge of Italian
Knowledge of computer and MS Office **Nice to have**: - Knowledge of the polish language
- Experience in service or maintenance roles
