We are looking for a cashier to join our team in Milan Our welcoming retail teams provide customers with a trustworthy, seamless, and pleasant experience. As the face of our company, they play a key role in delivering exceptional service and upholding our values.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers face-to-face with Ria’s products, including money transfers and foreign currency exchange.
- Accurately verify and enter customer information into our system.
- Provide courteous support, addressing inquiries about services, transaction cancellations, and Ria locations.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns or elevate issues to the management team when necessary.
- Stay informed about Ria’s products, services, and policies.
- Balance your cash register and prepare deposits for the bank.
- Maintain accurate daily transaction records.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by colleagues and supervisors.
What We’re Looking For
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Prior cash-handling experience (preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A valid work permit (mandatory).
