As a **Regional Sales Manager**, you will lead strategic sales initiatives across key European markets. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a successful sales strategy, managing a high-performing team, and fostering strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders. **You will be responsible for**: - Lead the execution of the sales strategy across your region, ensuring profitable growth and market share expansion.
- Manage and coach a regional sales team, setting clear targets and supporting their development.
- Develop new business opportunities and drive the adoption of new products and solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service and support.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, and customer service teams to manage contracts and align strategic initiatives.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting using Salesforce and other internal tools.
- Regularly travel to customer and project sites to build strong and fruitful customer relationships directly or for team support
- Intensely support forecasting activities, ensuring timely and accurate communication with production and finance
- Represent Lincoln Electric at industry events, seminars,



and customer visits. **Job Requirements**: - Degree in Economics and/or Engineering
- Several years of experience in sales in the industrial or automation sectors**.**: - Proven experience in team leadership and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to coordinate between different departments.
- Fluent in English and at least one additional European language.
