- Oversee the development of performance strategy and media planning.
- Take ownership of all performance-related projects extending beyond day-to-day campaign operations.
- Be responsible for all necessary technical implementations on the platform.




- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the team has all necessary resources for seamless operations.
- Monitor brand performance, conduct in-depth analyses, and develop ad-hoc strategies to address potential negative trends. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong and proven experience in performance media and knowledge of tools and platforms
Proven management of performance marketing campaigns for ecommerce (ROI and conversion driven objective)
Excellent knowledge of SEM tools and platform
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Well-organized, accurate and details oriented
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Passionate about digital marketing
Exceptional communication and writing skills both Italian and English
BSc/BA in marketing, communications, digital management/advertising
