⏰ Working Hours: The selected candidate should be able to work as many hours as possible aligned with Portugal business hours, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Portugal time).
Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and integrating them with core business platforms such as ServiceNow, ERP systems, and data & analytics environments.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Design and define end-to-end architectures for enterprise Generative AI solutions.
Design multi-agent AI systems.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready.
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate real-world business challenges into AI-driven workflows, automation, and system integrations.
Act as a hands-on architect with strong backend engineering experience and deep knowledge of LLMs, enterprise integration patterns, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and define end-to-end architectures for enterprise Generative AI solutions.
Develop and implement agentic AI systems and multi-agent architectures.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and similar systems.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate use cases into scalable AI-driven solutions.
Ensure solutions meet production requirements related to performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
Define AI safety strategies, guardrails, and risk mitigation approaches, including grounding techniques and prompt injection prevention.
Evaluate and balance architectural trade-offs, such as latency vs. accuracy and automation vs. human control.
