- Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
- Participating in the collection and organization of financial data for building models and financial forecasts
- Preparing key financial metrics in a format suitable for presentations and investor communications
- Reviewing financial documents for completeness and compliance with requirements (investor agreements, capitalization tables, certificates, etc.)




- Ensuring the proper organization and accessibility of financial documentation in accordance with the company’s established standards
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills in financial modeling, high attention to detail, and proficiency with financial software and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively present complex financial information
- Fluency in Italian
