- Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
- Development of detailed financial models considering various business scenarios
- Compilation and presentation of key financial indicators and performance metrics in a clear and structured manner
- Ensuring accuracy and currency of financial documentation, including agreements with previous investors, company registration documents, and capitalization tables
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to financial reporting and investor documentation
- Collaborating with other company departments to gather necessary financial information and ensure consistency across all documentation
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field




- Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, preferably in a startup or fast-growing environment
- Strong analytical skills in financial modeling, high attention to detail, and proficiency with financial software and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively present complex financial information
- Fluency in Italian **Preferred**: Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus
