As a Finance Trainee, you will work closely with the Finance Business Analyst and report directly to the Finance Director. You will contribute to the analysis of product lines and overall business profitability,



while developing strong relationships with key business stakeholders. Your Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the design and development of new reports using **Business Objects BI** tools.
- Support monthly closings and prepare **Actual vs. Budget/Forecast** analysis reports for management.
- Enter and manage financial data in the **Onestream Financial Planning System**.
- Contribute to the improvement of forecasting processes and tools.
- Prepare journal entries for accruals and perform account reconciliations in ERP systems.
- Support ad hoc projects and other finance-related tasks as needed being a valid business partner. **Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting**, Finance, Economics**, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy, even when handling large data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a structured and system-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (advanced level).
- Experience with **SAP**, **Business Objects BI**, **Onestream**, or other planning and data visualization tools is a plus.
