Reporting to the **PM Lead**, the **IT Project Manager**is responsible for coordinating the **planning**, **execution**, and **monitoring**of strategic and operational **IT projects**across the organization. The role focuses on **aligning IT initiatives with business requirements**, ensuring the **effective integration of new technologies**, **optimizing resources**, **managing project risks**, and maintaining **clear communication**among stakeholders. This position contributes directly to the operational excellence of Rhenus Logistics by supporting the successful delivery of innovative and business-critical **IT solutions**.
- Manages the entire lifecycle of an IT project, from gathering functional requirements to monitoring and post-go-live support.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Develops comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements.




- Identifies potential risks and challenges that may impact project success.
- Facilitates effective communication among project team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Regularly monitors project progress, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyses data to identify deviations from the plan.
- Takes corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
- Ensures projects meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and best practices.
- Prepares regular status reports for management and other stakeholders.
