The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in maritime and personal injury claims, ideally within the cruise industry, and will be confident managing a broad range of shipping-related and complex personal injury matters on an autonomous basis. The role involves regular liaison with external lawyers, insurers, agencies, ship command and internal stakeholders, as well as the day-to-day management and development of the claims team.Your ImpactProvides management of Admiralty Matters and Personal Injury ClaimsGives assistance to Marine Operations and shipboard staff on operational mattersCorresponds with opponent lawyers, medical and crew departments, P&I; Insurers, Agents and P&I; CorrespondentsProvides trends and claims dates relating to pending matters,
