Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Specialist In this role, you will support governance, risk and compliance for complex IT contracts linked to our LEA Reply platform. You will coordinate across legal, privacy and security functions to ensure GDPR and data protection standards are upheld in supplier engagements. You will help integrate compliance with internal governance and AI-related regulatory considerations in enterprise negotiations.

Manage negotiation and lifecycle of complex IT contracts related to LEA Reply platform
Coordinate negotiations mapping client requirements to internal policies and data protection standards
Liaise with Holding-level Legal and Privacy & Security to ensure GDPR and data protection compliance
Support commercial negotiations with a compliance-aware approach aligned to governance frameworks
Contribute to evolving internal governance and compliance processes
Interact with corporate AI governance tools to support compliant business activities and workflows
Experience in contract management, compliance, or governance in IT or multinational settings
Solid academic track record in STEM or Management Engineering
Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection principles
Familiarity with AI Act, data security frameworks and ISO 27001 is a plus
Experience supporting negotiations in structured enterprise contexts
Ability to balance legal rigor with business pragmatism
Stakeholder management and ability to interact with business, legal and technical teams
Structured mindset, autonomy, and willingness to grow in governance in tech environment
Experience in Supply Chain or Industry 4.0 solutions is a plus
