The purpose of this role is to develop, lead, and manage the demand planning process for the HAS (HuberAgro Solutions) European‐based businesses.
The role supports and facilitates the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by delivering a 24‐month consensus forecast and also contributes to the annual budgeting cycle.
Forecasting & Demand Planning
Monitor forecast changes, document underlying business assumptions, and analyze trends.




Communicate key forecast updates to Supply Planning and assist Commercial teams in reviewing and updating forecasts.
analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and perform lag analysis.
Support the business by transitioning from informal to formalized, statistical based processes.
Restate historical data as needed to improve forecast accuracy.
Support demand planning for NPD, product transitions, distribution changes, and slow/obsolete inventory analysis.
Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Prepare monthly consensus reports for use in the IBP process.
Organize local/regional review meetings to align on forecast and build to SBU consensus.
Tools & Systems
Utilize Oracle Cloud Supply Chain tools (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP; Cloud, EPM Cloud).
Develop interim Excel‐based tools during the transition to Oracle Demand Planning Cloud.
Support system rollout as sites migrate to Oracle.
