Join to apply for the Project Manager role at Gleeds . You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating the delivery of multiple real estate construction projects, including new builds and refurbishments.
Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives
Positively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationships
Delivering high quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our Customer's requirements.
Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer's agent or project manager.
Producing and presenting to customers.
Preparing bids for services.
Managing service delivery for profit.
Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.
Remaining in the remit of your role and when additional responsibilities need to be carried out,



conduct this in a fully informed manner with the approval of your line manager.

~2-4 years of experience managing construction (real estate) projects.
~ Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
~ Proficiency in Italian and English.
~ Degree – Building Engineering, Architecture or similar.
