**Role Description**: - ** Pipeline Management**: Build and maintain curated talent pools for our core and future hiring needs, focusing on long-term relationship building.
- ** Market Intelligence**: Provide data-backed market intelligence on talent trends, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarks to inform hiring strategies.
- ** Data & Reporting**:



Track and analyze key sourcing metrics (e.g., response rates, pass-through rates, source of hire) to assess the effectiveness of sourcing channels and strategies.
- ** Full-cycle recruitment**: - support full cycle hiring needs for selected openings **Your Profile**
- ** Education**: A degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Business, or Human Resources is beneficial.
- ** Sourcing Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in general talent acquisition, sourcing or research role, with a demonstrable track record of hiring passive, mid-to-senior level talent.
- ** Industry Background**: Experience within a high-growth technology, digital assets or fintech company is strongly preferred. Experience sourcing for roles in algorithmic trading and digital financial markets (crypto) is a significant plus.
- ** Technical Skills**: Advanced knowledge of direct sourcing techniques and proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other talent platforms.
- ** Domain Interest**: A genuine interest or prior experience in trading and digital asset markets is an asset.
- ** Analytical Mindset**: A process-driven and analytical approach to sourcing, with the ability to use data to guide your decisions.
