We are looking for a **Product Exhibit Designer** with a refined eye, technical mastery, and a strong background in **retail environments, temporary installations, and exhibition design**. - Conceptualize, design, and execute product exhibitions, pop-ups, retail activations, and temporary installations.
- Translate brand DNA into immersive visual and spatial narratives.
- Develop technical drawings (2D/3D), renderings, and detailed material specifications.
- Manage project timelines, supplier relationships, and on-site installation processes.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and innovation.
- Research cultural, artistic, and design trends to inform creative proposals. **Requirements**: - Degree in **Exhibition Design, Interior & Spatial Design, or Industrial/Product Design**.




- 3+ years of experience in exhibition/retail design (fashion, beauty, or cultural projects strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in design software**:Autocad, Sketchup, Rhinoceros, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Keyshot, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)**.
- Strong visual research and presentation skills (mood boards, trend analysis, storytelling).
- Hands-on experience with material studies, color systems, and prototyping.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
- Ability to manage suppliers, coordinate set-ups, and oversee production. Nice to Have
- Experience in high-profile events such as **Salone del Mobile, Fuorisalone, or major retail activations**.
- A background in both **conceptual and technical aspects** of design.
