preventive, and predictive maintenance programs. - Supervise extraordinary maintenance activities and building refurbishment projects.Energy Management & Sustainability - Monitor and analyze energy consumption using Building Management Systems (BMS). - Ensure compliance with all relevant energy regulations (e.g., Promote a culture of safety, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement within the team.- Prepare reports and documentation to support audits and internal/external assessments.
