The role We're looking for a Full Cycle Account Executive to own the entire revenue motion at TextYess, from the first cold touch to a signed contract.
You won't be handing off leads to a closer. You won't be waiting for an SDR to book your demos. You run the full cycle: you prospect, you qualify, you demo, you close. This is a role for someone who thrives without a safety net, someone who sees a blank pipeline and gets excited,

Hit and exceed your monthly MRR target by owning your pipeline end-to-end.
Build and maintain a healthy, self-generated pipeline through disciplined outbound and inbound management.
What you'll work on Run outbound every day (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate your own pipeline from scratch.
Build and iterate on your own outreach sequences based on what actually converts.
Discovery & demos Run discovery calls that go deep, understand the brand's challenges, not just their tech stack.
Deliver product demos tailored to each prospect's specific use case.
Handle objections with confidence and move deals forward at every stage.
Closing Own the commercial conversation from first call to signed contract.
Feedback & iteration Bring market intelligence back to the team - what objections are you hearing, what's resonating, what's not.
