- Is an excellent classroom practitioner.
- Has the confidence and capability to deputise for the Headteacher.
- Understands children’s emotional and behavioural welfare.
- Can develop supportive and professional pastoral relationships with children, staff and families.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is a team player and has a good sense of humour.
