Junior Product Owner **Das Ziel der Position**:Are you passionate about digital products, technology, and fintech? Do you want to grow as a Product Owner and learn how to shape and deliver products from day one in a fast-paced, innovative environment?
We are looking for a Junior Product Owner in apprenticeship to help develop the vision and roadmap for our products. You will gather input from internal stakeholders, customers, and market research, turning it into actionable plans for the development team. **Jobübersicht**:What you’ll do
- Support the product vision and strategy by collecting feedback from customers and tracking market trends.
- Manage the team backlog and roadmap, preparing user stories and ensuring they are ready for upcoming sprints.
- Collaborate with development, QA, design, and business teams to ensure features are delivered with quality and consistency.
- Participate in and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups,



sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of the user experience.
- Write user stories and epics clearly, working closely with the team to break down requirements into actionable deliverables. What we offer

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields
- Interest in Product Management and software development
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong desire to learn
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Valid work permit Nice to have
- Experience in startups or dynamic environments
- Passion for fintech and technology
- Experience working with distributed teams or mobile-first products
- Knowledge of banking processes or regulated industries
