**Department: Digital & E-commerce** **Reports to: Head Of Digital** **RAL 40K** **Role Overview** We are looking for a proactive Marketplace Specialist to support the execution, optimisation, and growth of our marketplace operations across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and future launchesThis is a hands-on role with strong focus on daily operations, coordination with agencies and internal teams, and data-driven performance monitoring. The Marketplace Specialist ensures that our presence across marketplaces is consistent, optimised, and aligned with our premium positioning. **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimise **marketplace operations** across all active platforms (currently Amazon & TikTok Shop).
- Ensure product listings are accurate, optimised, and consistent with brand guidelines (titles, descriptions, visuals, SEO).
- Coordinate with **agencies and internal teams** (Ops for forecasting/restock, Paid for ads, Brand for campaigns, Social/Influencer for activations).
- Monitor marketplace KPIs (conversion rate, ROAS/TACOS, Buy Box %, reviews, CTR, sales, returns).
- Benchmark competitor activity (pricing, promotions, positioning) and recommend actions.




- Support the **launch and roll-out of new marketplaces**: - Run A/B tests on content, bundles, and pricing to improve CTR and conversions.
- Provide weekly reports and actionable insights to the Marketplace Manager. **Key Requirements**
- 2-3 years’ experience in e-commerce, preferably with marketplace operations (Amazon, TikTok, or similar).
- Familiarity with Seller/Vendor Central and TikTok Shop tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with KPIs.
- Detail-oriented, execution-driven, comfortable with multiple projects.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work with agencies and cross-functional teams.
