- Manage the global Distribution and Traction Transformers R&D; project portfolio to ensure projects are executed according to strategic priorities, governance standards and best practices
- Provide clear visibility on project status and portfolio insights to enable informed decision-making
- Optimize resources across projects by identifying synergies and supporting talent selection and development
- Oversee financial performance of projects, ensuring cost efficiency and proactive risk mitigation
- Monitor key performance indicators and ensure accurate reporting to track progress and outcomes
- Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project execution

- Guide and coach R&D; project managers, building capabilities and driving professional growth **Your background**
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project or program management within R&D; or technology-driven environments
- Proven ability to lead complex project portfolios and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and risk management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
