- location_on Milano, IT HR Administration & Payroll Intern We are looking for an HR Administration & Payroll Intern to join our HR Payroll & Administration Team based in Milan.
- How you make the difference
- This position is important for Bolton as you will support the team to ensure the proper administrative management of employees, supporting key processes such as onboarding, contract administration and timesheet management.
- How your agenda looks like: - Support the management of employee documentation and administrative procedures throughout the entire employment cycle (hiring, contract extensions, terminations and intercompany transfers);
- Assist the team in managing regulatory communications with public and local entities (INPS, INAIL, etc.) and in preparing and processing related documentation and payments, including pension and union contributions;
- Prepare and submit workplace injury reports to the competent authorities;
- Manage and review employees’ timesheets in ADP Time at the end of each month, ensuring accuracy before payroll processing;
- Provide support during the hiring and onboarding process of new employees;
- Act as a point of contact for employees,



providing support on all administrative and payroll-related matters.
- Your team: - You’ll directly report to our Payroll Coordinator.
This role does not include direct reports.
- What makes you a great fit: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, Economics or a related field;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Fluent in Italian e good knowledge of English;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
