THE ROLE

We are looking for a CRO Specialist to own and grow conversion performance across one to two e-commerce brands.



This role focuses on running structured experiments, improving conversion rate, increasing AOV, and driving overall profitability. You will lead optimization efforts while working with a dedicated team of designers, developers, and web designers who support execution.

Responsibilities

Own conversion rate optimization for 1–2 e-commerce brands
Plan, prioritize, and run split tests across key pages and funnels
Drive continuous improvement in conversion rate, AOV, and overall profitability
Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and test results to identify opportunities
Build clear test hypotheses and maintain a structured testing roadmap
Work closely with designers, developers, and web designers to execute tests
Monitor experiment performance and turn insights into next actions
Share learnings and recommendations with stakeholders
