Who we are looking for
The 3PL Manager is responsible for the operational management of third-party logistics (3PL) relationships, ensuring that distribution services — warehousing, picking, packing,
and shipping — efficiently support the company's B2B, retail, and e-commerce channels.
● 5-8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operator management, preferably in fashion/apparel or retail
● Direct experience managing tenders or RFPs for logistics services
● Knowledge of WMS/TMS systems and EDI flows
● Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools a plus)
● Negotiation skills and experience managing strategic supplier relationships
● Fluent in English; a second language (French/German) preferred given multi-market operations
● Willingness to travel
● Experience in private equity / value creation contexts, with reporting oriented toward board and financial stakeholders
● Knowledge of connected retail / marketplace distribution models (e.g. Zalando Partner Program)
