HSPI, a company of TXT Group, provides management consulting services in IT Governance, Business Consulting, and Digital Innovation.
To support the expansion and strengthening of the Rome office, HSPI is seeking a PMO & ESG Junior Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Support the project team as a PMO, including planning, progress monitoring, timeline control, and report preparation;
Analyze existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for operational optimization;
Collaborate in the definition and implementation of new organizational models and work tools to enhance process efficiency;
Contribute to ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting, participating in the definition of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the sustainability domain;
Draft documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external clients, including environmental sustainability initiatives;
Participate in digitalization and organizational innovation projects, promoting the adoption of technological tools and solutions to support change.
**Technical Skills**:
Basic knowledge of project management, familiar with key tools and concepts (WBS, Gantt, milestones, KPI, risk management);




Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Google Workspace;
Introductory knowledge of ESG and sustainability, including key metrics and frameworks (SDGs, GRI, CSRD, ISO 14001, ISO 26000);
Familiarity with European and national sustainability regulations and initiatives (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, PNRR, ISO 37101);
Excellent command of Italian (spoken and written), with strong comprehension and the ability to prepare reports, process documentation, and project dashboards;
Good knowledge of English, sufficient for reviewing technical documentation and participating in work meetings.
**Additional Plus**:
Basic knowledge in business process analysis and modeling, project management, and data modeling/analysis tools.
