Job Description Industrial Order to Cash team is composed by 5 people, the team has mainly in charge invoicing, check vat registers, IC reconciliations, intrastat declarations and archiving. We are currently seeking an _Industrial Order to cash Accountant_ to join our team in Trecate (Novara).
- Your opportunity_ As Industrial Order to Cash Accountant, you will have a comprehensive knowledge of invoicing process, verify VAT registers, generate IC reconciliation and supervise invoice compliance respecting to Italian fiscal law.
- How you will contribute_
- Have consolidated knowledge about invoicing process and related issues
- Manage the intercompany reconciliation monthly process between SAP and the Excel files,



ensuring accurate intercompany transaction records and effective communication with the respective counterparts and trading partners
- Monthly review VAT registers, verify the sequence of number of invoices, and confirm the accuracy of VAT codes
- Prepare monthly reminders for intercompany payments and manage any related requests
- Monitor daily invoices sent to SDI using the SAP Cockpit and Tesi, and promptly raise a ticket to address any potential issues in compliance with Italian fiscal laws
- Supervise archiving process
- Who you are_
- You hold a degree in Economics or a diploma in accounting
- You have a former experience in a similar the role
- An independent, flexible and reliable team player with solid analytical and organizational skills
- A proactive person who is able to regularly meet tough deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks
- Expert in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Access)
- The knowledge of SAP and Stealth 400 are considered as a plus
- You have a good knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken
