About the Role
We are looking for a People Solutions Generalist I to join our Human Resources team in Cagliari. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about employee experience, people development, employee relations, and supporting business leaders through effective HR practices.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted HR partner, working closely with managers and employees to ensure that People Solutions initiatives are aligned with business objectives while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and administration of Human Resources programs and initiatives.
Provide guidance and consulting to managers on employee relations, performance management, HR policies, compensation, and talent management.
Respond to employee inquiries and concerns, coordinating with relevant stakeholders when required.
Partner with business leaders to identify and implement proactive HR solutions that support organizational goals.
Conduct new hire onboarding sessions, orientations,



and HR training activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation within HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Analyze HR data and metrics, prepare reports, and create insights to support informed decision-making.
Assist HR Partners with labor relations documentation and employee case management.
Monitor HR market trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote company values, culture, and leadership behaviors across the organization.
Support recruitment and candidate selection activities when required.

Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Experience
2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or a related field.
Good understanding of labor relations and employment practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
