Become a SUMMER BUSINESS ANALYST INTERN in our Milan office. For ~8 weeks starting from June until the beginning of August you will be part of our client teams. You will work with colleagues from across McKinsey & Company to help our clients deliver breakthrough products, experiences and businesses. You will be part of a real projects and you will work with our consultants.

- III Year Bachelor Degree or I Year Master Degree in economics, engineering, mathematics, computer science, statistics, physics
- Outstanding record of academic achievements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment at all levels of the organization
- Ability to break down and solve problems through structured analysis and quantitative thinking
- Comfort with intellectually challenging and ever changing situations
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and Italian (mandatory)
- Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities
