We offer individual classes, courses from General English (A1-C2) to Business English and international exam preparation, such as IELTS, Cambridge, and TOEFL. **JOB DESCRIPTION -**ESL Teacher **ROLE DESCRIPTION** This is a full-time, hybrid position for an English Second Language (ESL) teacher at Escape Campus - BARI. Teachers will deliver engaging individual and group lessons both online and in person, prepare students for exams, and create tailored learning experiences across age groups and skill levels. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deliver high-quality English lessons to students of all ages and proficiency levels.
- Design and implement dynamic lesson plans, integrating multimedia and Escape Campus’s e-learning tools.
- Prepare students for English language exams (IELTS, Cambridge, TOEFL).
- Conduct entry and end-of-course assessments.




- Provide individualised support and feedback to enhance student learning. **QUALIFICATIONS**
- CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent certification (mandatory).
- Proven experience in ESL teaching, including exam preparation.
- Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Native-level English proficiency. **WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Contract type: Fixed-term regular contract with the possibility of extension
- Location: Hybrid (mix of on-site and online classes)
