We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented intern to join our Tourism and Sales Department in Florence, Italy. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the tourism industry while working in an international and dynamic environment with travelers from all over the world. We welcome Erasmus+ students and offer a monthly internship compensation of €300 in addition to the Erasmus+ grant provided by the student’s university.
The internship start date is as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities: Support daily activities of the Tourism and Sales Department
- Assist customers with bookings, tours and travel-related services
- Help coordinate reservations and customer requests
- Participate in check-in activities and ticket delivery
- Promote tours, activities and services offered by the agency
- Communicate with international clients and provide customer support

- Good command of English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- Interest in tourism, hospitality, sales or customer service

- Positive, proactive and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in an international team environment.
