Remote Crew is seeking a Software Engineer – AI Agents to design and build internal AI agents that support Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams. You'll automate workflows, surface insights, and streamline day-to-day operations by developing intelligent agents that integrate with GTM tools and internal data systems. This role combines hands-on agentic development with direct collaboration with business stakeholders to identify and implement high-value automation opportunities.
Salary: $4k-$4800/month
Location: Remote from LATAM (Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil)
What You'll Do
Design and build internal AI agents that integrate with GTM tools and internal data systems
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities
Develop agents that automate workflows and surface actionable insights for business teams
Iterate quickly, ship, and improve based on real usage feedback and stakeholder input
Maintain and optimize existing agents for performance and reliability
Document agent architecture,
APIs and usage for internal teams
Evaluate and integrate new agentic frameworks and tools as they emerge
Support team members on AI agent implementation and best practices
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to end users
What We're Looking For
Senior-level Python engineering skills with proven production experience
Early-to-mid level experience with agentic development and frameworks
Hands-on familiarity with at least one agentic framework: LangChain, CrewAI, PydanticAI or similar
Demonstrated ability to build at least one agent end-to-end from conception to deployment
Strong problem-solving instincts and eagerness to learn new technologies
Comfort picking up new tools and frameworks quickly in fast-moving AI space
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience working collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with Salesf
