Our client is a growth-focused digital agency helping organizations improve marketing performance through strategy, content, paid media, websites, analytics, automation, and integrated digital programs. They are hiring an Affiliate & Partner Growth Manager to build a partner acquisition program for a client in the financial education and home-finance industry. The role will recruit trusted creators and professionals who can generate qualified homeowners and homebuyers, with success measured by partner activation, campaign execution, and lead quality.

Need to have qualifications:
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, business development, strategic partnerships, influencer marketing, partner marketing, or a related growth role.
Proven experience conducting outbound prospecting and developing new partner relationships.
Experience managing prospects through a defined pipeline from identification through activation.
Experience with Impact.com or similar creator, affiliate, or influencer partnership platforms.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.




Confidence conducting outreach, discovery calls, and partner conversations.
Ability to evaluate audience quality and commercial fit beyond follower counts or traffic volume.
Experience managing multiple partner relationships and follow-up commitments.
Working knowledge of landing pages, lead magnets, email marketing, webinars, and conversion funnels.
Experience using a CRM, affiliate platform, or partner-management system.
Basic understanding of attribution, UTM tracking, lead stages, and conversion reporting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently within a small, remote team.
Comfort building processes where a complete playbook does not yet exist.
Sound judgment when working with financial, regulated, or trust-sensitive subject matter.
