**Customer Service Assistant**
- He /she assures the customer service activities in order to facilitate the enrolment process, provides quality and efficient customer service in order to prospect new leads and opportunities._
- Key purpose of the role_ 1. _Customer Service - Assures the customer service so all contacts are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner, following the processes, procedures and methods that guarantee efficiency and quality service to both internal and external customers.
