Your Challenge As Head of Territory Proposal - Secondary Distribution your will lead and develop the Proposal function to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, competitive bids across all business verticals. Drive operational excellence, collaboration with Sales, and continuous improvement to maximize win rates and support sustainable business growth. Your main activities will be:
- Lead and manage the Territory Proposal team (currently 3 Proposal Engineers) from day one, ensuring continuity of operations and a smooth onboarding into the proposal workflow and Sales interactions.
- take full ownership of the offer pipeline, coordinating proposal processes across multiple business verticals (multi-utilities, renewables, infrastructures, rail, etc.) for an overall portfolio of approx. €40M.
- Oversee a wide range of bidding opportunities, from large and highly structured tenders to a high-volume stream of small-value offers, ensuring timely, accurate, and compe
