- Ensure prototypes meet company quality standards and industry best practices.
- Make necessary adjustments or improvements to technical sheets to enhance clarity and facilitate communication with manufacturers.
- Collaborate with the development team to optimize processes and foster technical innovation.
- Contribute to team skill development by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement of prototype production efficiency while meeting established deadlines. **Requisiti**: - Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a prototype maker in the fashion, apparel, leather, or têxtile industry.
- Excellent ability to read and interpret technical sheets and patterns.
- Strong knowledge of tailoring techniques across different product categories.
- In-depth understanding of fabrics and related processing techniques.
- Experience working with various types of leather and leather construction techniques.
- High level of precision and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain exceptional quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally.
