Then this role is for you!_ Horton Housing are currently recruiting for a permanent Volunteer and Activity Co-ordinator to join our established scheme based in the Calderdale area. The role is being offered on a tempo parziale basis (28 hours per week) with an annual salary of £21,125.00. You will be entitled to 6 weeks holiday, plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time colleagues) and full access to our Employee Assistance Programme. **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**: - Be empathetic and caring, showing understanding and respect to people experiencing difficult circumstances
- Be confident in delivering workshops and activities, with excellent presentation skills and a certain flair that puts attendees at ease
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write convincingly, speak in an engaging manner, and build relationships
- Be creative and curious,



always thinking outside the box and bringing new ideas to the service
