- Lead, brief, and mentor flight and cabin crew, fostering teamwork and adherence to SOPs.
- Oversee preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel strategy, weather and NOTAM reviews, and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver a punctual, efficient, and customer-focused operation while maintaining cost and fuel efficiency.
- Represent Neos professionally with passengers, ATC, and authorities at all times. ?
