Move with us for a better world!Your RoleAs a **Corporate Project Manager** at Technogym you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of cross-functional projects. Your primary purpose is to provide centralized management over a portfolio of corporate projects, guaranteeing they align with our business goals, are completed on time, and stay within budget. You will serve as a key liaison between department heads, executive stakeholders, and project teams to foster collaboration and ensure seamless project delivery.Your Impact- Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans,



including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Implement and oversee project management methodologies and best practices across the organization.
- Analyze project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize potential roadblocks.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders, including regular status reporting.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop and manage detailed project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver high-quality results.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
About You- You have a background in strategic or management consulting, with 2-4 years of experience in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
- You possess a strong analytical mindset and are skilled at breaking down complex problems to find effective solutions.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to top management.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus.
- You are a proactive individual with a natural aptitude for leadership and teamwork.
