**Languages**: Fluent English and Italian required We are looking for a warm, proactive and hospitality-focused **Guest Experience & Property Manager** to take ownership of the guest journey from pre-arrival through to check-out and post-stay follow-up. **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage guest communication before, during and after their stay.
- Coordinate check-ins, check-outs and guest requests.
- Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Liaise with cleaning, maintenance and local service providers.
- Recommend and coordinate local activities, restaurants and curated experiences.
- Handle guest issues professionally and efficiently.
- Support the development of local partnerships and guest experiences. **About You**

- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Palermo.
