Main Responsibilities
Full management of the “Complaint & Return” process: customer contact, RMA opening, monitoring incoming materials, initial technical inspection, and subsequent handling of materials (shipment to subsidiaries, repair offers to customers, returns to customers, etc.), closure and reporting. Interface and collaboration with internal departments such as: Order Office, Sales Office, Logistics, and Administration.
