Qualifications:

- High School Graduate
- Demonstrate through previous work experience the ability to communicate effectively with adults and children. In addition, possess a high degree of organizational skills, time management, and professionalism.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Be willing to complete 7-9 hours of professional development throughout the school year.
- Highly Qualified as per the Michigan Department of Education Guidelines

- Assist students with a variety of academic, behavioral, and healthcare needs.
- Ability to physically assist students with mobility.
- Communicate with teachers and parents regarding healthcare needs.
