The Group Data Artificial Intelligence and Automation Solutions function is in charge of driving the execution of key Artificial Intelligence projects at Group level, related both to AI-driven automation and AI recommendations/predictions to support the Generali growth. The function is also responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving a library of central shared analytics / automation services, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, algorithms, and methodologies,



available for the BUs through a central platform.

Within this organization, the AI and Generative AI Development Unit is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions.

Your mission as an AI Developer and Engineer - Team Lead is to build reliable, optimized, and maintainable AI systems, including traditional machine learning models, deep learning architectures, computer vision, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).

Your main tasks:
- Lead the design and development of end-to-end projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project timelines and ensure appropriate staffing to meet business requirements.
- Lead project implementation from proof of concept (PoC) through full development life cycle.
- Establish and enforce best practices (code standards, MLOps, dataset versioning, etc.) to guarantee scalable, secure, and high-quality AI solutions across all deploy
