As a Senior Talent Partner, you will help Designity build exceptional teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring outstanding talent across business-critical functions and global markets. You will own recruitment end-to-end, partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, and bring the insight, judgment, and initiative needed to continuously raise the bar for how we hire.

Designity is a premium, AI-enabled and human-led Creative-as-a-Service company. We help brands scale creative and marketing work through dedicated Creative Director-led teams. Our model brings together senior creative leadership, multidisciplinary talent, managed execution, and AI-enabled workflows so clients can move faster without lowering the standard.

identify challenges early, and bring solutions to the table.

You will partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, Creative, People, and other business-critical teams, hiring talent across LATAM, the U.S., Canada, and EMEA. You will work closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and at times our CEO to make hiring decisions that support the future of the business.

This is a role with real ownership. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and always thinking one step ahead - someone who does not wait for problems to appear, but identifies them early and comes to the table with ideas, solutions, and a clear plan forward.
What you will be doing
Own the full recruitment lifecycle - Lead searches from kickoff and role calibration through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and acceptance, while creating an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
