Specifically, you will be tasked with: - redefining **enterprise performance management strategies** for leading Italian and international companies, assisting the CFO redesign the performance model;
- analysing and defining the new functional requirements of **budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning and product costing processes** and implementing innovative performance management solutions;
- **designing IT solutions for finance and business processes** and providing support in the implementation stage, in consultation with the top EPM tool providers on the market (Oracle, Tagetik, Board and OneStream);
- monitoring **pre
- and post-transformation performance**;
