Experteer Italy seeks an experienced Manufacturing Leader to head planning across two facilities in Monte Marenzo and Mantova, maximizing capacity utilisation and meeting demand while driving improvements in on-time delivery, quality, productivity and margins.
You will deliver annual sales and operating profit targets, support growth via capacity optimisation and NPI, lead capital projects, and collaborate with Commercial teams while coaching a high-performing multi-site team.
