We are searching for the best talent for Operation Support Associate Specialist to be in Borgo San Michele - Latina.
For this role we offer 12 months fixed term contract.
As a Associate Operations Support Specialist,
you will:
- Assure that shop floor events are promptly reported and managed in accordance with company procedures with a focus on identifying the root cause and the proper effective CPA
- Collaborate with the other Department Leader to provide a quick support to the organization to evaluate the impact, solve the issues, detail them accurately and identify the appropriate corrective actions
- Challenge the status quo through the increasingly in-depth use of all the data collected by the available systems in order to make holistic analyzes during the investigations that help to have an end-to-end understanding of the shop-floor issues.
- Support the Operations group to ensure that the culture of quality is an integral part of the systematic approach to processes.
- Ensure the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid the potential re-occurrence of shop floor problems, through
